    Your Partner Locator page on will often be the first place a customer or prospect goes to find information on your business and your capabilities. Therefore, it is essential to have an online presence with current and updated information.

    To help you provide the best customer experience, we are happy to announce the following important updates to the Partner Locator:

    • Connecting your Social Media profiles to your Partner Locator page can help build brand recognition, increase traffic to your website and ultimately help convert successful leads. Make sure you connect all your Social Media links to help your customers and prospects find you and connect with your company
    • To update or add Social Media links, please contact your Channel Account Manager
    • We are proud to announce the relaunch of the EMEA Distributor Partner Pages. Distributor Areas of Primary Responsibility (APRs) are now mapped through ESRI geographical mapping software within the Partner Locator, which will easily allow customer and prospects to search and find their local Distributors
    • Your Channel Account Manager can provide you with valuable metrics and insights on your locator page. Please contact them if interested in learning more.

  • First North America ROKLive event in Boston MA on June 8-11th.

    Dear North American Commercial Program Partners,

    In 2020 Rockwell Automation will be hosting our first North America ROKLive event in Boston MA on June 8-11th.  This event replaces the RA TechED events we have hosted in years past.  As we prepare for this event I wanted to highlight some changes.  Since the event will be in a smaller venue seats will be more limited than in years past.  Commercial Program participants in North America still have an opportunity to attend and we are still offering free seats to those Commercial Program participants who qualify.  However, starting this year we will be modifying the qualifications. To view this years qualifications just click the link below.

  • Changes to Rockwell Automation Anti-Corruption Program

    To distributors, sales marketing consultants, agents


    Dear Valued Partner:

    We are writing to inform you of a change in Rockwell Automation’s Anti-Corruption program. We have selected GAN Integrity as our new third-party management system for due diligence, replacing Hiperos. We believe that the GAN third party management system offers a number of user improvements, including a more user friendly interface, integrated anti-bribery training and local language capability.   All due diligence will now be completed in the GAN platform, and you will no longer be required to login to separate systems or need a username or password.

    What actions are required of you?  No action is required at this time. 

    You will be required to renew due diligence during the month of March 2020.

    When action is required, you will receive an email from containing a direct link. By clicking on the link, you will be taken directly into the system to complete due diligence with no need for a username or password. 

    Please note: If you are required to complete external due diligence we are now using a new vendor, Pacific Strategies (previously used Trace). Note that this means Rockwell Automation will no longer require or pay the annual cost associated with Trace certification. If you do not wish to maintain your Trace certification, you may disregard any emails from Trace. Rockwell will pay the cost to complete external due diligence conducted by Pacific Strategies.

  • Rockwell Automation has enhanced the development software toolkits for Commercial Program Partners

    Starting on December 16, 2019  Commercial Program participants have additional flexibility when renewing your software development toolkits. This applies to System Integrators, OEMs, Corporate Engineering and EPC firms.  Educational Institutions must continue to purchase toolkits through the PRM system as they have in the past.  For the rest, you can now access your software development toolkits on myRockwell Software Portal.  By providing this option you can determine which ordering process best fits your organization.  We believe the additional flexibility of the software portal will be beneficial. To check it out for yourself just go to
