Through the Rockwell Automation® PartnerNetwork™ Portal, our partners can manage their relationships with Rockwell Automation®. This global web-based collaboration tool enables the user to maintain their partner information, browse content and events and maximize all appropriate member benefits.

Portal training materials such as portal navigation, job aids, work instructions, and annual renewal procedures are available on the Help menu once logged in.

Your Portal Username:

Distributor and Encompass Partners use xxxx@member.rockwellautomation.com. Rockwell Automation creates this ID and emails it to you from prmadmin@rockwellautomation.com.


Commercial Programs Participants
You will receive your user name in an email sent from prmadmin@rockwellautomation.com confirming your login credentials for the PartnerNetwork Portal.
Your PartnerNetwork Portal user name is assigned to you based on your provisioned date and will be one of the two domains (information listed after the @ symbol) listed below.

Make sure to take note of the username that’s been assigned to you from the welcome email from prmadmin@rockwellautomation.com confirming your login credentials for the PartnerNetwork Portal.  Selecting anything besides this will cause login issues and errors.
