    Fourth quarter reported sales up 20.5% year over year; organic sales up 17.7% year over year 

    • Fourth quarter diluted EPS of $2.61 down (10)% year over year; adjusted EPS of $3.64 up 20% year over year 

    • Full year reported sales up 16.7% year over year; organic sales up 16.9% year over year 

    • Total ARR grew 16% year over year 

    • Full year fiscal 2023 diluted EPS of $11.95 and adjusted EPS of $12.12; up 50% and 28% year over year, respectively

    The following information was recently announced in the Rockwell Automation Q2 FY23 results press release:      

    • Reported sales up 13.7% year over year; organic sales up 13.2% year over year 

    • Total ARR up 17% year over year 

    • Diluted EPS of $3.45 and adjusted EPS of $3.01; up 35% and 13% year over year, respectively 

    • Updates fiscal 2023 reported sales growth guidance to 14.0% - 16.0%; organic sales growth to 14.0% - 16.0% 

    • Updates fiscal 2023 diluted EPS guidance to $12.46 - $12.86; Adjusted EPS guidance to $11.70 - $12.10

  4. New Success Planning Tool for Co-Managed Objectives in Pa...

    One of the unique aspects of our program is the local business relationships that we establish with our partners through sales planning. Expectations for participating in success planning vary from bi-annually to monthly, depending on your program tier.   

     During this process, we work with you to establish the following:  

    • Evaluate the relationship and identify areas of improvement through co-managed objectives.  

    • Establish business objectives for the coming year.  

    • Determine growth opportunities through target account / project opportunity planning.  

    • Evaluate and develop competency plans to enhance your technical expertise where required.  

     We use this information to develop your success plan and establish our goals in Partner Portal Success Planning. Success Planning allows you to:   

    1. Collaborate with our partners.  

    1. Assign Executive Sponsor, Main Contact, and Secondary contact participating in Success Plan.   

    1. Create Parent Co-Managed objectives categories, co-managed objectives, assign objective capability, owner from current contacts, and due date.  

    1. Populate success plan with new objectives, update status and track progress, change description and take notes as you review them.   

    1. Download Success Plan in PDF format for emailing if needed.  

    The Success Plan is completed in accordance with all anticompetition laws. It should not be interpreted as an agreement, not to compete contract or divide the market.

  9. Smart Manufacturing Showcased at Hannover Messe 2023

    Rockwell Automation collaborated with key partners to showcase our solutions and technologies at Hannover Fair 2023.  

    Working with partners like Microsoft, CISCO, Ericsson and Rockwell Automation® owned Cubic, we demonstrated how smart manufacturing becomes the gateway to digital transformation. Connected smart devices open new windows of visibility into processes. Data and analytics enable better and faster decision-making. Seamless connectivity spurs new collaboration. The Connected Enterprise® makes all this possible. It converges plant-level and enterprise networks and securely connects people, processes, and technologies, therefore our customers go from data-rich to data-intelligent. 

    In the Microsoft booth, Rockwell Automation solutions show how we are using Microsoft technology to help manufacturers transform production and build the smart factories of the future. Demos and presentations in the Microsoft space showcased co-innovation by both companies using Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse, ChatGPT, Manufacturing Execution System, Edge to Cloud solutions, Unified Robotics, and others.  

    “Together, Rockwell Automation and Microsoft are accelerating and simplifying the digital transformation of industrial enterprises with the proven expertise, market-leading technology, and resources needed to deliver better business outcomes,” said Dominik Wee, corporate vice president of manufacturing and mobility industry at Microsoft, who was on Microsoft’s booth at the event.     Rockwell Automation and CISCO partnership showcased how the two companies can collaborate for better Network Infrastructure and Security Solutions through Cyber Vision. It provides complete visibility into industrial control systems to build secure infrastructures and enforce security policies – achieving industrial operations' continuity, resilience, and safety. The addition of Cyber Vision to the LifecycleIQ™ Services threat detection offerings provides a unique switch-based architecture for customers with existing Cisco solutions, greenfield networks or those updating their Cisco network infrastructure. 

    At the Ericsson booth, emphasis was on remote assets (AGV). Our customers were introduced to remote asset management, monitoring and maintenance. 

    CUBIC’s efficient and flexible modular systems was the focus of their presence at Hannover in 2023.  

    Overall, the show was a great example of Rockwell Automation and its partner ecosystem joining forces to reach our customers to enable them on their digital transformation journey. #bettertogether
