    We are excited to announce the launch of a new bundled offering of Vuforia Work Instructions to our OEM Partner Community! This new offering pairs Vuforia Expert Capture and Vuforia Instruct into one low-cost developer bundle for OEMs. The Vuforia Work Instructions Bundle provides OEM Partners the tools to build Augmented Reality experiences that can improve workforce productivity, efficiency, and safety for their End Customers.  

    Paired with our new Asset-based license model, OEM Partners now have a simple and scalable path to build their own annual recurring revenue model as each machine is delivered to their customers. With Augmented Reality, work instructions become handsfree and are delivered in real time where assembly or field service take place. Knowledge from experienced workers is easily captured and shared with new workers and service technicians. Remote expertise can be delivered to workers no matter where they are in the world. Training manuals and videos become a thing of the past.

  • Rockwell Automation Reports 4th Quarter/Full Year 2022 Results

    Rockwell announces a great finish to this fiscal year, with Q4 organic sales and earnings achieving double-digit growth year over year and sequentially. 

    • Full year orders over $10 billion, up over 20% year over year 

    • Fourth quarter reported sales up 17.6% year over year; organic sales up 20.5% year over year 

    • Full year reported sales of $7.8 billion, up 10.9% year over year; organic sales up 11.3% year over year 

    • ARR grew 14% year over year; total ARR over 8% of revenue

  • Announcing Rockwell Automation Leadership Updates

    Don Shoemaker has been named regional vice president, Market Access, North America. Don will report to Gina Claxton, president, Americas. In this role, Don will lead the market access strategy and will drive the revenue associated with our North America partner ecosystem, including distribution, system integration, alliances, and strategic partnerships. He will also focus on expanding revenue growth through our channel partnerships into the North Americas territory regions.
  • Rockwell Automation Strengthens Portfolio with CUBIC Acquisition

    On October 31, 2022, Rockwell officially completed the acquisition of CUBIC.  Founded in 1973, CUBIC specializes in a modular system for constructing electrical panels. CUBIC is headquartered in Bronderslev, Denmark, and serves fast-growing industries such as renewable energy, data centers, and infrastructure.   

    CUBIC’s efficient and flexible modular systems, combined with Rockwell’s intelligent devices and industry expertise, will benefit customers by offering faster time to market, enabling broader plant-wide applications for intelligent motor control, and generating smart data to increase sustainability and productivity. 

    Additionally, CUBIC’s established partner model will allow Rockwell to expand its partner network for intelligent motor control offerings in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
